Warranty Explained

All of our products come with a minimum 12-month warranty. A warranty is a guarantee provided by manufacturers, which protects you against the cost of repairs where a possible manufacturing defect has affected the performance of the appliance.

You'll find your warranty terms and conditions in the user documentation supplied with your appliance. Please remember that your warranty is a free period of cover and does not affect your statutory consumer rights in any way.

If you do experience a breakdown under warranty and your installer has not been able to resolve the fault, it's easy to book an engineer visit. Simply call our dedicated team and we'll arrange a visit from the next available heateam engineer in your area.

All heateam engineers are CORGI registered. They are highly trained and are specialists in our specific products. We take gas safety very seriously and have systems in place to make sure that proper procedures are followed at all times. So with heateam, you know that you're in safe hands.
