Your car needs an annual service to stay in good working order and so does your appliance..

How often should my product be serviced?
We recommend that your appliance is serviced at least once annually (this is a legal safety requirement if you live in a rented property.)

What does an annual service entail?
An annual service is a thorough service of the appliance and minimises the risk of failure during the winter months.  What's more, a comprehensive annual service may also reduce your gas consumption, saving you money!

What does an annual service cost?
Our service cost is very competitive, and we often have special offer campaigns running throughout the year. So, if your appliance hasn't been serviced for over 12 months, give us a call and we can arrange a visit that's convenient for you.

Please have the following information available when arranging an engineer visit:
Appliance installation address including postcode
Installer name and address
Appliance serial number

The serial number can be found on a barcode sticker:
Inside the drop-down flap at the bottom of the boiler, or
On the top of the boiler, or
Inside the main front panel
