Our aim is simple - to keep Britain warm by providing  free aftersales support to customers during the initial manufactures warranty period as well as offering a range of services for out of warranty appliances.

Based in Warwick, our dedicated customer contact centre is open 363 days a year and is run by a dedicated and skilled team who are on hand to help you with any enquiry. Supported by a nationwide network of over 280 highly skilled, gas safe registered engineers who are specifically trained to be experts in Baxi Group products, you can relax, safe in the knowledge that no-one is more qualified to repair or service your appliance.
