Q. My boiler has broken down and I want to arrange for a heateam engineer to call out. What should I do?

A. Call heateam on 0844 871 1545 to book your repair. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 8.30am-2pm and on Bank Holidays 8.30am-2pm. Please note we are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

 

Q. How do I identify my boiler?

A. All you need to do is check the brand name of the boiler (i.e Baxi, Potterton or Main) then go onto our branded websites which are http://www.baxi.co.uk/, http://www.potterton.co.uk/ or http://www.mainheating.co.uk/. There are a number of images of our boilers and you should be able to locate yours on the site.

 

Q. How do I validate my warranty?

A. Proof of purchase can validate your warranty, as can the serial number. Please follow your user manual instructions to find the serial number location before we can arrange a call out.

 

Q. Are heateam engineers Corgi registered?

A. The CORGI scheme has now been replaced by a scheme called Gas Safe. All heateam engineers are Gas Safe registered and are experts in Baxi Group appliances. They wear a heateam branded shirt and carry Gas Safe ID cards for your peace of mind.

 

Q. Do I have a heateam engineer in my area?

A. heateam has over 280 engineers across the UK. So, we are able to offer a nationwide service.

 

Q. How much do you charge for a repair or annual appliance service?

A. Call heateam on 0844 871 1545 for a free, fixed price quote. All repair prices are fixed before we call (so there are no nasty surprises). Terms & Conditions apply.  

 

Q. What are the benefits of having an annual service?

A. Having your appliance serviced once a year offers the following benefits:
  • It gives you and your family peace of mind regarding gas safety; during the service an engineer will inspect and test all the key components in your appliance.
  • It allows your appliance to work at maximum efficiency, and can also reduce gas consumption (and potentially save you money!) It minimises the risk of future breakdowns.
