We were extremely proud to be awarded 7th place in the recent Top 50 Call Centre Awards for Customer Service 2010, beating off all industry competition and improving on our standing of 18th position in 2009. We received invaluable feedback on the issues that mattered to our customers and we have used this over the last 12 months to improve the experience our customers have when dealing with heateam.
