heateam is the service division of Baxi Group - the leading UK manufacturer of domestic heating and hot water products. Our aim is simple - to keep Britain warm by offering free aftersales support to customers during the warranty period, as well as providing a range of out of warranty services.

Based in Warwick, our in-house customer contact centre is open 363 days a year. We have a dedicated and skilled team on hand to help you with any enquiry.

This is all supported by our nationwide network of over 250 highly skilled, Gas Safe registered engineers. heateam engineers are all trained to be experts in Baxi Group products so you can relax, safe in the knowledge that no-one is more qualified to repair or service your appliance.

heateam ranked 7th in the Top 50 Call Centre Awards 2010

heateam was ranked seventh in the 2010 Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service following the UK's biggest ever call centre benchmarking exercise. It is the only heating company to be in the top 10.

Leading the field: heateam wins Field Service Award 2010

We are also delighted to  announce that heateam has won the Field Service category of the National Customer Service Awards 2010, beating off other finalists such as: Royal Mail, Thames Water and Rentokil. 

The judges of this award said:

"We were impressed with the emphasis on teamwork from this entry and how each individual is encouraged to take responsibility for customer service. The result is increased efficiency for the business and a better experience for the customer, which is what this award is about. A deserving winner."
